The Nunatak Trek can be undertaken as a ten-day standalone trek, or as a five-day addition to the AGT. The following itinerary begins at Camp 5 of the AGT:
Day 1: Travel through thick forest and then open valley to camp at Laguna Corazón Incognito, a radiant blue glacial lake.
Day 2: Traverse the Colonia Glacier in a long day of glacial travel.
Day 3: Explore the fascinating glacial terrain below Cerro Arenales.
Day 4: Descend the Arco Glacier.
Day 5: Cross Lago Colonia to Sol de Mayo Ranch.
